Diane von Furstenbergs aktuelle Kollektion ist für die ganz Kleinen. Die Designerin hat sich bei ihrer Arbeit von der Tierwelt inspirieren lassen: „My idea was to make the little girls look like explorers. As a designer, you want to do something that both mothers and children will love. And I think we really have done that. I think it’s very fun, happy and optimistic and practical.“
Die Muster erinnern an Tierprints und bunte Safari. Diane von Furstenberg arbeitet nicht zum ersten Mal mit dem bekannten Label zusammen. Sie kreierte bereits eine Kollektion für GapKids: „I actually worked on it personally. I had a lot of fun. It’s a limited engagement. People have to rush and go get it.”
Die Chance, dass Diane von Furstenberg ein drittes Mal mit Gap zusammenarbeitet ist groß. Die Arbeit mit dem Label macht ihr jedes Mal großen Spaß: „I am thrilled to collaborate with Gap on this playful collection for girls. It is timeless… colourful… effortless.
